“Three Wins” is a groundbreaking alliance of the towns Rüsselsheim am Main, Raunheim and Kelsterbach. By working together strategically, their goal is to provide a secure future for the region as a place for business and living. Thereby, synergy effects are used, resources are combined and the joint potential at economic, structural and political levels is used and developed. Together the three towns are cross linked in a German-Chinese town network with many Chinese town districts.
 
This collaboration became closer in 2015 by the founding of the Administration Union “Town Network Far East”. The settlement of Chinese companies within the framework of “Three Wins” is being implemented by joint location marketing and a China Competency Centre, especially set up for this purpose. Here, targeted support for the companies is possible from the beginning. Its services include advice given in Chinese, support in the search for properties, official procedures, visa matters and market assessment.

Development so far

• 2013 Initiation of a German-Chinese Town Network with the towns/town districts Hangzhou-Jianggan, Chengdu-Dayi und Chengdu-Pixian.

• 2014 Organisation of a German-Chinese Smart City Forum together with the telecommunications provider Huawei. In 2015, a joint cooperation agreement was concluded, consolidating the commitment in the region Three Wins.

• 2015 Foshan joins the German-Chinese Town Network

• 2016 Entry into the Chinese-German Industry Towns Alliance.

• Settlement of 20 businesses including the areas Automotive, Cross-Border E-Commerce and Household Appliances.
